We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with the products and services that we have to offer at PrimeCarAudio.com. This is why we are one of the only companies to offer you a FULL 30 Day Return Policy. Simply follow the return guidelines as described below: 

 

NEW & UN-OPENED ITEM

 

-Effective on all orders, All products that are unopened and unused may be returned at any time within 30 days of item receipt for a full refund minus the original shipping cost.

-New & Unopened Items Described: Product(s) must have original manufacturer or other protective seal on the product box. This seal may not be broken, torn or otherwise peeled off in any way. The Product must be completley unused.

-All protective stickers and seals in and out of the product box including on the unit, user manuals and all accessories must remain on and intact and be unpeeled.

-The unit is carefully checked to make sure it has never been used. In the event that your product does not fall into the above guidelines please refer to the "OPEN OR USED ITEMS" section to return your product.

-Please do not attempt to re-seal or re-stick and protective seals/stickers. All of our products are carefully examined before shipping out.

 

 

OPEN OR USED ITEMS (Non Defective)

 

-All products that are open or used may be returned at any time within 14 days of item receipt for a refund minus the original shipping cost & a minimum 15% re-stocking fee.

-The re-stocking fee will be determined at the sole discretion of PrimeCarAudio.com based on the level of usage or damage applied to the product(s) by the buyer. Missing or damaged items or accessories will be charged according to the current average market value determined by PrimeCarAudio.com at our discretion. PrimeCarAudio.com has the right to terminate any "open or used" return if we feel the unit has been physically or liquid damaged.

 

**RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT ORIGINAL PRODUCT BOX**

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT AND WILL VOID ANY RMA IF: (very strict policy enforced by all customer service reps)

1) The product box is damaged or otherwise not reusable.

2) If the unit or any of it's accessories including user manuals are scratched, ripped, torn or stained.

3) Returned product does not arrive at PrimeCarAudio.com within 10 days of the RMA # Issue.

FAULTY ON ARRIVAL PRODUCTS (retail)

 

-In the unlikely event that you receive products that are Dead On Arrival or Faulty, they may be returned at anytime within 10 days of item receipt for a full replacement. Some products, although very rare do have manufacturer faults. In this case we will gladly switch out the product.

-PrimeCarAudio.com shall NOT be held responsible for the repairs or exchanges of any defective units after 15 days of purchase.

In the unlikley event that a product fails to work after this period please contact your local auto repair shop. If you cannot find one PrimeCarAudio.com will be glad to reffer you to one our preffered & authorized repair centers. All Products also have a 1 year manufacture warranty. PrimeCarAudio.com will also be glad to help you contact the manufacture to resolve your problems.

 

General Terms & Important Information:

 

-PrimeCarAudio.com will inspect the products upon receipt & if any item is found to be significantly not as described or damaged by the buyer, the item will be returned to the buyer at the buyers expense. 

 

-Upon receipt all products are carefully inspected so that we can insure it has not been physically or water damaged in any way. If in any way PrimeCarAudio.com feels such has occurred the item will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.   

 

-For your security, please return the package to us with a "signature confirmation" by an insured courier and retain your receipt/tracking information. This will protect you in case your item is lost in transit or in house. 

 

-All shipping, handling, insurance and all other fees are non-refundable. PrimeCarAudio.com will not be responsible for shipping costs of a return.

 

-Please contact us prior to returning the products for instructions and a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns will not be accepted without an RMA #. PrimeCarAudio.com must receive the product(s) authorized for return within 10 business days of the RMA being issued. The product(s) must be double boxed and the RMA # must be clearly printed on the shipping box.

 

-Please do not use the product box for shipping. We will refuse delivery upon arrival.  

 

-RMA numbers are only issued via email. You may contact our returns dept. at sales@PrimeCarAudio.com
